The Refresher & Advanced McQuaig System™
Training Courses are specifically and individually designed for groups of
8 to 20 existing accredited McQuaig
System™ Interpreters within an organisation who use the system.
Attendees will refresh their basic theory and then
move to a higher level understanding of The McQuaig System™, with focus on
becoming an advanced level interpreter.
Who should
attend this course?
Existing McQuaig System users who have not
previously attended refresher or advanced training.
N.B. Prior completion of a McQuaig Interpreter Course is a pre-requisite.
The aim of this course
To equip delegates with an advanced level
understanding of the use and application of The McQuaig System™ as part of
the TRG suite of assessment tools in the selection process.
The program teaches participants an advanced
level understanding of The McQuaig System™ reports to more effectively
manage, coach, develop and retain existing staff. This will result in a
higher retention of staff and related improvement in productivity for your
organisation.
Content
The content of the courses are individually designed to suit client needs and
our consultants will work with you to ensure we satisfy your learning outcomes
in the most effective way. Typical courses would include elements from the
following:-

job analysis and design

understanding the factor influence and
blending from the graphs

assessing job applicants and matching to other
evidence

linking motivational, developmental and
career-pathing issues to behaviours

managing retention

feeding back results to candidates and
managers

validity, reliability, ethics and legal

Where is it?
Courses are generally conducted on-site at client premises although we are happy
to arrange a venue for you.

Two Day courses are $4,400.00 plus $48.00 per
head
*All prices are subject to GST and assume use
of client premises. Courses are designed for between 8 & 20
delegates. Travelling and accommodation charges for the course
presenter are recharged at cost
