| Martyn Rogers, our founder and Managing Director, is an extremely
popular public speaker and coach. He has personally coached over 700
Australian CEOs in the past four years. In 2004 and 2005 Martyn was
awarded highly prestigious Speaker of the Year Awards by The Executive
Connection, a global organisation for CEOs boasting over 7,000 members.
Amongst his many areas of expertise he specialises in behavioural issues
in the workplace and understanding personalities. His subject areas range
from recruitment and selection, through management of staff and teams, to
senior leadership.
Martyn is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, an
international organisation for senior sales managers, and a Fellow of the
Australian Institute of Management, for whom he additionally acts as
consultant and supplier of psychometric assessment and development
services.
Martyn speaks on a wide range of workplace topics and has conducted
conference sessions with organisations as diverse as L’Oreal, GE Money,
Voyages Hotels and Resorts, Ray White Real Estate, Michael Hill Jewellers
