The TG integrity range includes The Employee Reliability Inventory (ERI®)
and SkillCheck Identity Risk Free. These are valid, reliable,
psychologically based assessments to help select high performing and
productive employees. They assess an applicant's level of general work
behaviour. These tools are particularly useful where workplace accidents,
unplanned and uncontrolled turnover, inventory shrinkage, productivity
issues and overall job performance are important concerns.
The Employee Reliability Inventory (ERI®) Consists of 7
scales: Safe job performance. Freedom from disruptive alcohol and illegal
drug use; Courtesy, Emotional maturity, Conscientiousness,
Trustworthiness, Long term job commitment. The inclusion of both
Integrity and Safety measures in this assessment make it a particularly
useful tool. It has been adopted by a number of Australian Companies
