Overview

The Rogers Group's Customer Service Product Range comprises of OPIC's CSEQ - Customer Service Excellence Questionnaire, and SkillCheck's Service (Identity ), Call Centre Talent Scout and Call Centre Skills Range.

SkillCheck Talent Scout uses Computer Adaptive Technology (C.A.T) whereby test items are generated depending on a candidate's responses. This allows for accurate testing in a shorter time.

The SkillCheck simulations range includes tests which simulate work in a call centre. The tests are performance-based and adaptive where the level of challenge is set depending on the candidate's performance. This allows for accurate assessment of the candidate's ability in the minimum amount of time.

The tests individually or combined create a perfect overview to a candidate's customer service level of orientation, ability to understand and manage customer needs and provide excellent customer service.
